Style: Orange Wine  Vintage: 2021 ABV: 12%  Region:  Willamette Valley Country:  USA Varietals: 100% Auxerrois  Profile: Skin maceration and aged for 7 months before bottling. SO2 at bottling is the only addition to this wine. Aromatics of apricots, bergamot, and wet rocks with a mineral palate filled with sea salt and fresh acidity. This wine is medium to light-bodied.  The average age of the vines is 14 yrs old, all from the Zenith Vineyard in Eola-Amity Hills AVA.  I'd pair this wine with a roasted chicken all day long!
