A miniature in the avian world, the precious and super brilliant bee Hummingbird zips around the island of Cuba in the Caribbean. Important pollinators, they are barely inches from tail to beak, weighing less than a dime. Bryston Bowannie's bee hummingbird has been carved from lovely chrysocolla which is in the turquoise family of minerals. Sky blue turquoise eyes are inlaid and a wonderful beak is from a matrix rich turquoise. Including beak, measurements of this delightful fetish are about 2 3/4" tall, 1" wide and 2 1/2" deep.
