Majestic Mountain Lion

Rickson Kallestewa's majestic Mountain-lion's long tail elegantly drapes leading to an etched rain cloud, spiral element and flute-playing effigy offering bowl. Inside a Corn kernel offering is held. On its back is a small iridescent pink mussel shell point offering. We love how he carved the tail's midsection allowing the offering bundle to be laced underneath, a lovely touch. This wonderful feline's mouth, nostrils, generous eyes and claws are incised and filled with jet paste. A fabulous feline (cougar, puma or panther) fetish from a rich alabaster measuring about 6" long, 1 1/8" wide and roughly 2 1/2" tall.
