CBBA Senior Starter Kit (Weights Included)

The CBBA Senior Starter Kits include a custom weighted shirt and weighted short for each athlete. All athletes will start training half-loaded until they are approved to advance to wearing more weight. To learn more about how KILOGEAR works, visit our "HOW IT WORKS" page. Each Senior will receive: (1) CBBA Weighted Sport Short Sleeve.  Each short sleeve has the capacity to carry (3) KILOGEAR Steady Weights per arm.  Each Steady weight weighs .25LB  (1) CBBA Weighted Sport Short and (2) Strong Weight per leg. Each Short has the capacity to carry (4) KILOGEAR Strong Weights per leg. Each Strong weight weighs .50LB each.  Senior athletes will wear (2) 1/2 pound total on each leg to start and will move to 1 pound per leg when approve.  Los kits de inicio para personas mayores de CBBA incluyen una camiseta con peso personalizado y un pantalón corto con peso para cada atleta.
