CLASS: Boro & Sashiko Workshop (Saturday, June 14, 2025)

Learn about boro mending techniques using sashiko and make your own creation. In this 5-hour class, you will learn the Japanese mending technique of boro repair with sashiko. Supplies are included in the ticket price. Please bring your own scissors for cutting fabric scraps and snipping thread.  When: 10am to 3pm on Saturday, June 14 Where: Kimonomomo Warehouse               1035 22nd Ave, Suite 15      Oakland, CA 94606 If you use a GPS/Google maps, please use our neighbor, Carrie Dove Catering, as your destination to ensure you are not directed to the wrong side of our building.
