CLASS: Sashiko Mending Class (Sunday, July 20, 2025)

Learn to mend with sashiko in this Sashiko Mending Class! This differs from our Visible Mending Lab and is suitable for beginners. In this 5 hour lab, bring a piece (jeans, jacket, etc) from home to learn the supplies and techniques used to mend these items so they will both last and look great. The supplies kit is included in the ticket price. Lab will be held from 10am to 3pm at our warehouse and studio, located at: 1035 22nd Ave, Suite 15 Oakland, CA 94606 If you use a GPS/Google maps, please use our neighbor, Carrie Dove Catering, as your destination to ensure you are not directed to the wrong side of our building. Please bring a lunch; we do not have many options for food nearby. Looking forward to seeing you!
