Dandelion root, fennel seeds, ginger root, peppermint leaf, spearmint comprise a soothing, anti-inflammatory infusion of herbs to soothe an unsettled, bloated, or acidic digestive system. Chamomile flowers calms the nervous system, supporting healthy digestion. Marshmallow root soothes inflamed tissues in the throat, stomach, and intestine, aiding healing. Ideal to drink a digestion and inflammation tea as you eat. Contains 3.10 ounces in a resealable bag Directions: HOT: Add two tablespoons of loose herbs to 1.5 cups of hot water. Allow to steep for 15 minutes. COLD: Add one to two tablespoons of loose herbs to two cubs of cold water to a Mason jar. Shake, ensuring the tea is saturated. Refrigerate for at minimum two hours.
