You will be prompted to select your preferred ship date at checkout.  Please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be delivered (also based on your selected shipping rate).  *To cancel an order, please do so at least 48 hours before your ship date by emailing support@fromkora.com with your order number in the subject line. Refund requests received after the 48-hour deadline will only be eligible for a 50% refund of the retail price, excluding transaction fees.
