Delta Winery reflects the natural treasures of the Merom Hagalilgrapes. Vineyards, planted in high quality soil, enjoy optimal climates, yielding fine clusters, which are picked by hand at sunrise. In the winery, they are Aged 12 separated by vibration and mechanized Months optical sorting in order to select the finest grapes. Following a long fermentation, the wine is aged in new French oak barrels.
