Spiced Honey Cake and Dulce de Leche Cake Roll

Tasting Notes: Warm, Spiced, Sweet. 🍂 Our Thanksgiving Special Cake Roll is an ode to a traditional Brazilian treat called Pão de Mel and it'll be your show stopper! We make our honey cake with warm fall spices. It tastes a little like gingerbread, but we also fill the layers with house-made dulce de leche and drizzle it with dark chocolate.  Sizes 6-8 servings: It's a cylinder shape that is 5'' long, with a 2 and a 1/2'' diameter. Weighs about 18 ounces (or a little more than a pound). 12-15 servings: It's a cylinder shape that is 10'' long, with a 2 and a 1/2'' diameter. Weighs about 36 ounces (or a little bit more than 2 pounds). Ingredients Wheat Flour, Butter, Eggs, Sugar, Milk, Honey, Cinnamon, Gloves and Ginger.
