This is one of 100 paintings I did while participating in The 100 Day Project from February to May, 2024. The painting is based on a photo I took while on my daily walk in the Mojave Desert where I live. This one is called A Favorite Spot on the Way because it is along the route of my daily walk and I always appreciate the way the sun filters in at this point. This is an original 8 X 8" painting done in oils on canvas board.
