I WANT TO HOLD YOUR HAND PRINT

 Part of the MOTHERHOOD AND THE BEACH Collection, this piece was inspired by those peaceful moments that make the hard work of packing for the beach worth it for us mothers.  This series is my ode to the sweet memories of sunshine and sandcastles, tan lines and tiny toes, and rocking my babies to sleep at sunset. I wanted to capture the moments that make the chaos of packing coolers, slathering sunscreen on wiggly toddlers, and pulling wagons filled with beach toys through thick, immovable sand worth it. While moms often bear the brunt of planning and organizing, we are also the heroes who serve the ice cream, rub aloe on sunburned skin, and remember to capture a few photos.
