Developed in 2018 by American artist and designer Daniel Quasar. Based on the Rainbow Pride flag from 1978 and the Transgender flag from 1999, the designs have been combined along with brown and black stripes to represent marginalized LGBQT+ communities of color and baby blue, pink and white to incorporate the trans flag in its design.
