Astrophytum caput-medusae  The Medusa Head Astrophytum.  Unquestionably the most unusual Astrophytum and one of the most unique cacti! The plant has a thick tap root topped by long tubercules. This is the variegated form of the species so the tubercules are yellow to orange, sometimes green. High light turns them orange, lower is yellow. This plant is grafted. Easy to grow, likes strong light. Put in a well drained cactus soil. Sensitive to overwatering.  Protect from frost.   You will receive a plant shown in the fourth image or one similar.
