Joshua Tree

Jared Weintraub is the next generation of brilliant fine art outdoor photographers.  His pieces encompass ocean, alpine, and astrologically-infused star-filled skies.  At a young age Jared's work has already been recognized with numerous awards, and displayed in the San Diego Museum of Fine Art and the San Diego Museum of Photographic art.  Originally from San Diego, Jared currently resides in San Luis Obispo.  When he is not monitoring incoming ocean swells, chasing light and fog, or navigating rutted roads to capture starry nights, he can be found surfing at his favorite beach break in Carlsbad CA, or skiing in the Sierra Nevadas.Jared is especially recognized for his capture of the the Milky Way and Joshua Tree is a perfect example of why.  The instantly recognizable landscape of Joshua Tree, California sets the foreground for what is a spectacular presentation of the Milky Way.  Joshua Tree perfectly encapsulates why so many make the trip to the national park.
