This system features a 900×1100×1000mm internal chamber with fast heating capability—reaching 300°C in under 50 minutes—and a working temperature range of room temperature to 400°C, with temperature uniformity within ±5°C and fluctuation as low as 0.5°C. Vacuum levels range from 100kPa to 0.1kPa, with integrated oxygen concentration control down to 50ppm, regulated by automatic vacuum pump activation. A built-in flow meter (0–100L/min) with pressure-reducing valve supports precise gas control. The cold trap tank automatically vents and drains when the pump stops, while the water-cooled door seal and front-stage condensation filter prevent powder ingress into the vacuum pump.
