Avoiding Arbitration - December 10, 2025

If you haven’t had your heart broken by an arbitrator, just wait. It will happen. Arbitrations are risky and expensive, and leave out membership participation, so they don’t help you build a strong union. This class will look at developing leverage so your union can quickly settle workplace problems and get your members involved. At a time when our contract conditions are threatened, this workshop will help you develop union power to protect the members. We will also emphasize the opportunity to sign up free riders.
