Risograph (ree-sow-graf) printing is a fun (and environmentally friendly) print-making process invented in Japan that looks like a photocopier, works as a screenprinter, and uses stencils and rich spot colors to create vibrant, unique prints. It’s experienced a resurgence in the the last few decades and we are THRILLED to be able to offer our very first (of hopefully many) riso workshops to come thanks to our “riso-in-residence” pals at FIXER Studio! Great For: People brand new to riso and want to learn — beginner/non-artist friendly! Riso fans who want a refresher & some printin’ fun Anyone who wants to take a future intermediate riso class/workshop with us The Class Crash course into risograph history Overview + print demonstration of how these machines work (with all their quirks) Share print in
