Solid copper and brass ships lantern with Fresnel glass lens. Meticulously polished and lacquered and mounted to a thick wood base. The lantern case is fitted with a makers plate from "Meteorite" with serial number "A18079". Heavy brass hoisting handle. Also fitted with a brass "Masthead" badge. Very fine condition. Circa 1925.
