Quilling Cards is a certified member of the Fair Trade Federation, which has three workshops in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam where each design is meticulously handcrafted by one of the 300+ local artisans. Inside: Blank 6" x 6" All cards come with a coordinating envelope, and a short history of quilling on the back of the card. Our square cards require extra postage.
