It is 1-1/8 inches wide all the way around and the inside measures 5-3/4 inches plus a 1-1/8 inch gap to make a 6-7/8 inch inner circumference. It is seen in the photos fitting loosely on a 6-1/4 inch wrist without falling off (due to the width). It would be more fitted on a 6-1/2 to 6-3/4 inch wrist.
