DESCRIPTION Revised 3/25 EARTH AUGER BITS (3' Length) We manufacture a great variety of skid steer loader earth auger bits – something for every job and every budget: Standard Duty double-flight (CDF) - our standard construction-grade bits Aggressive Duty double-flight (CDC) - our more aggressive, industrial-grade bits for the toughest soil conditions Tree (CDT) - our two-diameter bits that produce tapered holes perfect for tree planting The Construction / Standard Duty Double-Flight (CDF) augers are the most common we build. Their double flighted construction gives you more capability to move dirt out of a hole faster. They’re great in drilling conditions of light-to-moderate difficulty. We build them with a one-piece cast steel boring head that the replaceable teeth bolt onto. By using a casting, we can pitch the teeth at different angles for more aggressive drilling.
