This summer our apricot tree was full of sweet, ripe fruit. We had a few containers left of our favorite end of season fruit. We gave our apricots a gentle cook and added a few peach leaves from the orchard. We love it when the seasons match up. The leaves give a hint of extra floral to this jam. Jar size: 6 oz. Ingredients: Apricots, sugar, peach leaves.
