Apricot with Violet

  We've mixed our favorite locally grown apricots with hand foraged violets from the midwest.  Every year when we travel to the midwest we forage heavenly scented, tiny wild violets. We added a hint of our handmade violet liqueur to the peak of summer apricots that taste like candy off the tree.  This jam tastes perfect on a spoon straight of the jar. Or with some goat cheese. The jam is also perfect for a brunch and makes a lovely gift for the holidays. Jar size: 6 oz.Ingredients: Apricots, sugar, wild violet infused vodka, wild violets.
