This pattern uses the Peyote with a twist-not crochet technique developed by Gerlinda Lenz. This is an original pattern. This pattern can be made with any size seed bead from 6/0 to 15/0. The pattern is 16 beads around with a double seam join. This pattern was inspired by the balloon festivals that occur here in my native state of New Mexico. The blue background is for our beautiful blue skies.
