2 Layer Mesh Mask Small - 12cm (Ages 2-6) Medium - 14cm (Ages 7-12) Large - 15.5cm (Adult) XLarge - 17cm (Adult) If the measurement you take doesn't line up with the age suggested, go by the measurement over the age. If you are in-between sizes I would suggest sizing up. All masks have elastic that goes around the ears and can be tightened by making more knots.   Pattern placement may not be the same as in the picture for each mask.
