K-Tuned KTD-TEN-9 Upgraded K-Series Timing Tensioner Applications: All K-Series engines excluding K24Z enginesThe K-Tuned Timing Chain Tensioner was designed in conjunction with an original equipment parts manufacturer and features an upgraded internal spring to support the use of higher lift cams in modified K engines. The tensioner has reduced overall travel, which keeps it tight against the chain at all times and won't allow it to back off as much as the stock unit. Note: * This is for built motors with large cams. Not to be used on stock motors.* Required to use a new chain with install, you want to avoid reusing an old stretched chain.
