Therefore, your image will not fade or peel!• You may purchase pillows with or without an insert.• Our pillow inserts are stuffed with 100% pure polyester fiberfill and are non-allergenic. ►► PILLOW INSERT SIZE If you purchase only the pillow cover we recommend using a pillow 1” larger than your cover size. For instance - use a 13” x 19” insert for our 12” x 18” lumbar pillow cover.
