The 2020 Chenin Blanc Secateurs, which comes from 26 different vineyards, is matured in 500-liter barrels and stainless steel. It offers attractive yellow plum, dried honey and candle wax scents and just a touch of bruised apple in the background. The palate is well balanced with a spicy, stem-ginger-tinged entry, fine acidity and a subtle curry leaf note springing up on the finish.
