Matured in Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks and finished with just a whisper of peat smoke, this dram is a poetic interplay between smoldering warmth and sherry-soaked richness a smoky sonnet for the palate.  Tasting Notes  Appearance: A smouldering amber glow reminiscent of a Highland fire’s dying embers.  Nose: Opens with smoky warmth featuring heather, charcoal, and cinnamon-spiced toffee, followed by flamed orange peel and caramelized walnut brittle.
