The oldest WhistlePig release to date. This Rye Whiskey spent 18 years in the barrel and the result is a symphony of soft, floral rich and spicy flavors. Very sweet and oaky aroma and it has spicy, fruity and floral flavors. Tasting Notes Color: Deep Copper Smell: Sweet and aromatic on the nose with notes of berries, nutmeg and toasted oak. Palate: Smooth and spicy dance of fruity and floral flavors, followed by vanill and oak Finish: Long, clean and spicy finish.
