Weight: 227 grams Locality: Nikolaevskiy Mine, Dalnegorsk, Primorskiy Kray, Russia Acrylic base and putty are not included A wonderful trio of colorless fluorite cubes sit atop this specimen, with blades of calcite and a few smaller fluorite cubes below. The calcite will fluoresce under a long-wave UV light. The base of this specimen has been cut and will sit perfectly flat. The largest cube has a small fluid inclusion with a moving bubble. The bubble moves slightly inside the pocket. See last photo directly in the center to see the bubble. Fluorite occurs in a variety of colors, or can be colorless. Among the mineral kingdom it exhibits one of the widest varities of colors. Impurities in the Fluorite cause its colorations.
