"In Your Own Time" is part of Allison Rohland's Pieces of Me: A Terrazzo collection. This collection explores integrating and celebrating the parts of ourselves we cast aside. What would happen if we accepted ourselves and viewed/repurposed those parts of ourselves in a new way? This is made with plaster and acrylic paint on a wood panel. The material was used to be symbolic of the rebuilding of self.
