Specifically, Lindsey's Grandma Jenny's famous Ginger Cookies. Grandma Jenny had all of the necessary elements of a storybook grandma - handmade aprons, teapots, hard candies, and, of course, cookies. Lindsey’s favorite was her Ginger Cookie, which Grandma Jenny would ship to Lindsey on her birthday - along with a card and a tube of toothpaste. We made them into a pancake mix! This mix will only be around this holiday season, for a short time.
