It's a neon pastel purple crelly with a neon hex glitter mix 💙🩷💛💚 with a little added spice in the form of holo micro hexes. Part of our ADHD collection and a LOUD Limited release. Once these are gone, they are gone. This formula is different than LOUD Lacquers. It is a neon, which means it is black light reflective, and also 9 free. It is also a pastel with added fun, and tend to run a little thicker to achieve the pizazz. Best in two coats with a top coat. She's a beaut, trust!
