Sure to make you feel like a little darling ♡ Includes a tassel tie drawcord that wraps completely around waist, making this piece fully adjustable. Tassel tie detail at back neckline as well.  Measurements (Free Size - Fully Adjustable) Waist: 45” around fully expanded, reduces to 24” around with drawcord pulled  Length: 16” from shoulder to hem Care: Hand wash & hang dry.
