Trinity: Amethyst Pendant

This eye catching Amethyst pendant is handcrafted in sterling silver.  I created this piece with triangles because it is one of my favorite shapes. It also just happens to be  considered to be one of the most powerful shapes in various traditions and beliefs, representing balance, stability, and the union of the mind, body, and spirit.   Materials Used: Metal: Sterling Silver Size: Approx  Stone: Amethyst       Amethyst is a violet variety of quartz that the colors can range from a pale lilac to a deep purple. It is formed in gas bubbles within volcanic rocks or in the cavities of certain types of granite. The color is caused by the presence of iron and other trace elements. Metaphysically, amethyst is said to have a calming and stabilizing energy that helps to promote balance and inner strength. It is also believed to enhance intuition and spiritual awareness, and to protect against negative energy. It is often used for meditation and is thought to have a soothing effect on the mind.
