Lightweight Slab Earrings, featuring the beautiful Pinecone Patchwork design.  The Pinecone Patchwork has been used by our American Indian ancestors in Southeastern North Carolina for many years.  The design was inspired by the bottom of a pine cone. Henry Berry Lowrey's daughter, Maggie hand made a quilt using the Pinecone Patchwork design.
