Our Lumen-Arrow bolts are 100% carbon shafts .300" on the ID, are +or - .002" or better straight and come equipped standard with cork battery stops installed. along with the other option that you choose.  *** Important *** Bolts longer than 21.5" will come with the nocks uninstalled.  The slight decrease in length saves you $5 in shipping.  We thought it was crazy too!  So we decided to do this in order to keep costs down for the consumer.  We are are doing everything we can to help.
