The Dew Pouf is an exquisite design from Nendo for Moroso that captures the essence of a water droplet's surface tension lines, interwoven into strips of leather. Nendo has used the principles of optical art from the 1950s to create a geometric arrangement of lines and shapes that plays with perception, resulting in an object that can be read in multiple ways. The use of black and white tones and ratios of extension create a striking optical effect that is at once structural and surface-oriented, allowing for a dynamic and multi-dimensional reading of the object. The Dew Pouf is crafted from injected flame-retardant polyurethane foam, ensuring durability and longevity. The base is made from heat-formed shock-absorbent white plastic that provides stability and support. The pouf is upholstered in high-quality Woven Class leather in either one or two colors, catering to a range of interior design styles. With its clean lines, dynamic form, and high-quality construction, the Dew Pouf is a
