APOLLO 11 - U.S.S. HORNET CREW HAT EXACT REPLICA

We did a run a few years ago using chainstitch embroidery, which is correct for the Astronaut and VIP caps. Now we found a vintage embroidery machine to reproduce the exact lettering of the original HORNET crew-purchased hats. Please see the size chart below, paying close attention to the measurements.  These hats run slightly loose when new. Order a size down if you prefer a tighter fit right out of the box.  This cap is an exact replica of the crew hats that were purchased by sailors serving aboard the U.S.S.
