Bright Eyes Bulgarian Rose Hydra-Gel Eye Patches.A must-have to help awaken tired eyes, banish puffiness and dryness. The hydra-gel shimmering eye patches are infused with Bulgarian Rose Oil, Hyaluronic Acid, Chondrus Crispus (Irish Sea Moss) and Helichrysum Stoechas to sooth, replenish moisture and add a youthful glow to the delicate eye area.
