This design fee is included in your final party cost, ex if your party fee is $500 I will send you an invoice for $475 to compensate the portion already paid. If you choose to not follow through with this party design this fee is non-refundable. Designing parties is time consuming process this fee is to weed out people who are not ready to book a party. The design sent to you is not intended to send to another party planner.
