pattern: the basic button up

90% of my outfits include a button up in some way, shape, or form and I had been meaning to crochet one forever. This button up is inspired by my favorite black button up that I love to throw on over so many different outfits.  The basic button up is designed to provide a perfect fit. It's made to measure, with easy-to-follow instructions allowing you to customize your own crochet button up. This pattern is the perfect elevated basic to add to your wardrobe.  This basic button up is the same base pattern as the fruity button up which was tested from sizes XS-5XL (Bust sizes 28"-62").  Materials:  4.5mm hook (or appropriate hook size for your yarn) Approx 200-600g of sport weight (weight 2) yarn Scissors Yarn needle Stitch markers 3-5 buttons (I used 1 inch buttons, but you can use any size you like) This pattern is for personal use only.
