By purchasing this service, you acknowledge that you have read, and agree with the following stipulations: Rights to the art work: Madelynn Ave is the sole proprietor of the copyrights to the original piece being created. As such, Madelynn Ave reserves the right to use the art piece in any way Madelynn Ave sees fit. Delivered Product: Madelynn Ave will keep the original piece in the original medium. The client will receive the option to buy a reproduction of the original art to be purchased at the client's discretion. Artistic Direction and Artistic Freedom: Madelynn Ave reserves the right to take artistic freedom when creating an art piece for a client.
