One little tap will be more than enough to cover the entire eye For best results, use a primer or concealer base to insure the loose pigments stay put. Apply a tacky based concealer then blend by tapping in the pigment. You can also use a matte concealer as a base to avoid patches. Both methods work well but test both to see which achieves the best application for you, Pigments are more pigmented and intense than eyeshadows.
