Confetti Salmon Print

CONFETTI SALMON This piece is part of my Confetti series,  This is a Pink Salmon which is one of my favorite to eat fresh out of the ocean.  It is not my favorite to catch, they get the hook in their mouth and its all "oh my, I'm caught  do with me what you want."  I much prefer the Coho which is more like " come on I dare ya...let me at ya, I'll slap some seaweed out of you".  However the pink is much more fun to paint.  It gets a hump back and a hook nose when it is getting ready to spawn.  This is a fun series to hang together it is so bright and colorful, however it looks great in white or gray.
