Consultation (non refundable retainer fee)

What is a retainer fee? a partial retainer fee is an amount of money paid upfront to secure the services of MajFatal/Lai Proms Partial retainer fees do not guarantee an outcome or final product A retainer is by default non-refundable and is not returned   What is included? You will be able to schedule a 30 minute virtual consultation in regards to the gown you are inquiring about. We will go over pricing, fabrics, due dates and any other questions you may have. The retainer fee does not secure a spot for the 2024 prom. Paid deposits secure your spot. IF YOU PAY FOR A CONSULTATION PLEASE EMAIL ME SO THAT WE CAN SCHEDULE THE TIME AND DATE. LAIPROMS@GMAIL.COM   You are required to submit a non-refundable deposit to secure the actual spot 60 days before your prom date. This deposit will cover the costs of your materials to create your garment. The $75 retainer fee can be used toward your full balance if you book within 30 days. All dresses must be approved.
