Here is where you go to place your custom order(s) after we have discussed what it is you wanted. You will receive detailed information about your order via email and/or verbal communication. Please do not checkout using this method unless we have finalized your custom order and were told to proceed with payment processing. ***Due to the personalization of custom orders, there will be NO REFUNDS! If you receive any damaged or defective items upon delivery please notify us within 24hrs. If items justify replacement you will receive an exact replacement for original item with no refunds. We preform quality control on items before shipping them to you. If for some reason it is deemed we are not responsible for damage or defective items we will proceed as necessary.
