About the Product PhantomGrip LTE™ Carbon Fiber and Burlap Our PhantomGrip LTE™ is one of our newest features for our composite plates. Composite plates that feature the PhantomGrip LTE™ have rubber randomly throughout the laminate. This provides a slight amount of extra 'non-slip' grip when contoured and textured, which can be particularly helpful when working in wet environments. It also provides a very unique look when sanded and contoured. This material is composed of layers of Canvas Micarta, Burlap, and rubber combined with epoxy resin.
